Shipping policy

By completing payment and finalizing your order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding order shipping and delivery.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please note that during peak sales season, delays may occur due to high order volume.If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next day (Monday-Friday).

Please note for international customers: We cannot ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, or military addresses/bases.
